Main House

• Spacious open plan living area with large sliding doors opening onto the front lawn and stunning sea view. It has air conditioning, a dining table with seating for 8, 2 large sofas, wall mounted Samsung TV with access to English, Spanish and Italian channels.

• A very large modern kitchen and island area with air-conditioning and all the latest modern appliances and equipment you would expect in a villa of this quality.

• Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and outside courtyard access.

• Master suite with air-conditioning, king size bed, generous closet-dressing room area and ensuite shower room with a sizable walk-in shower and twin hand wash basins. Large recessed sliding doors, are in both the bedroom and dressing room and open onto the front terrace with direct access to the Jacuzzi and pool and the beautiful sea views.

• A Twin bedroom suite with an independent outside patio door access which opens onto a small shady sitting area with direct access to the front terrace and pool area. It has an ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. The jack and Jill doors lead from the twin bedroom to the laundry room.

Inside courtyard

The arabesque courtyard separates the main house from two other suites. The patio is enclosed and hidden from outside, with its gigantic cacti, flower beds, outdoor sofa, it was designed with the island’s natura stone and it houses an original oriental guest powder room.

Guest area

In front of the main house, separated by the inside courtyard, there are two independent suites. The rooms are equipped with continental twin beds, ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers, air conditioning, TV, They are connected to the main house by house phones and have independent access.

Outdoor seafront

• Large terrace with relaxed seating area with chairs and tables and an electric awning to provide additional shade over the sun terrace.

• Swimming pool (13m x 4m) with roman steps.

• Separate Jacuzzi with waterfall feature and a separate shower.
